HFBS step by step

For access to Restricted Domains, contact the Domain Administrator for that Domain.
For access to Unrestricted Domains, follow the following steps:
 

Go to www.healthdesign.com.au

Click  on ‘Create a New HFBS Account’ link on the home page
Complete  the User Registration form and choose a Domain
Tip: Choose  the ‘HFBS Domain’ if a specific Domain for your Country or State  is not listed
Pay  for the annual subscription by credit card or accept the free tril
You  now have an account and can login to the HFBS from the ‘Login’ link

Login  to the HFBS, with your username and password (as completed in Step 1)
Once  inside the HFBS, click Data>New Project   
Enter  the minimum information required and Save 
Click  Data>Load Project>Your Project 
Follow  instructions to pay for the project subscription by credit card  or accept the free trial
You  will be returned to the project to start the work
Tip: A project account is separate from a user account and requires separate annual subscription payment in addition to the user account.

You do not have a credit card? Something does not seem to work? No problems, just call HFBS Techsupport on +61294604199 and ask for Dianne Barton. Techsupport will set up your User Account and your first Project Account, then send you an invoice by mail later. You can start working without waiting for the invoice.

For some features of the HFBS, a 3 day free trial period is offered. This is a one-off offer and after the expiry, a payment will be required for continued access.
During the trial period, the system will operate as normal without any restrictions.
To avoid abuse of the Free Trial offer, the system may detect users who create numerous User or Project Accounts under different names and may block them indefinitely.

 Who controls the project?

The person who first creates a Project Subscription is regarded as the Project Administrator (PA). The PA can give access to the project for other users. There is no limit on the number of users that can have access to a project as long as each user has a separate valid subscription. User and Project subscription costs are separately payable as per the HFBS pricing schedule and both are necessary to create and access a project.

There is only one subscription payment for each project and one subscription payment for each user per Domain. Access by multiple users to one project or access to multiple projects by one user involves no extra cost. So, if a project has a valid subscription and there are a number of users with valid HFBS subscriptions within the Domain, the PA can allocate them to the project at no extra cost.

How many Domains can you subscribe to?

Users can subscribe to more than one Domain by repeating the subscription procedure and selecting alternative Domains and paying for their subscription. This not only allows the Domain specific features to be used, but it also allows the users to copy elements from projects across different domains.

You can start in any Domain you wish (eg the HFBS Domain) and at a later stage transfer your projects to Country-specific domains. If this seems too complicated, at any time you can call Techsupport by phone and give them authorisation to move your project for you while you are online. This service is free.
