Web-based Training (Webinar)
Free personal training through the web is available anywhere in the world where high speed internet as well as hands free phone is available. The

Training via Video Conferencing
Free personal training through dedicated Video Conferencing equipment is available. Both IP based and ISDH based VC are supported.

Video Training YouTube Channel
Training videos are available on a range of popular HFBS subjects on the HFBS-Training Youtube channel. It should be noted that some companies
and Government organisations may block YouTube.
